Cheap and bad quality. Not that I would buy again. <Edited> It behaves like the polyester used in good hiking fleeces. The material keeps moisture on the surface - great for jackets, mean for blankets. That means if you're "hot and sweaty" (I live in Arizona, that's daily) or still a little wet from the pool when you walk and then sit back down, you'll be left in cold water.
