Some devices limit additional capacity to card storage up to 128GB, and most people need more. I think this brand is pretty good, but lately some of the adapters that come with memory cards made in China seem to be broken. So if you put the card in the adapter that came with it and your device doesn't read anything at all, don't automatically assume the real chip is bad - try another adapter that you know is good. before you give up the memory chip - maybe just an adapter. This does not only apply to this brand. But all memory cards are from China. I'm pretty sure this is just a temporary issue - usually everything works fine.
