Straw makes water taste like plastic but repairable
These are great water bottles when they are easy to modify. I bought two and have been using them for over 6 months now, no leaks or spills. I hate it when my kids drink from plastic so I figured this would be a good solution. After a few hours I noticed that the plastic straw gave the water a strong plastic taste. wtf. So I bought some "soft" silicone straws, cut them to size and used them instead. No more plastic taste. These cute and durable bottles are perfect for Pottery Barn Kids' lunch box holders and backpacks.
