The most comfortable pair of running shoes I've ever had! Run them on the treadmill for 40-75 minutes a day and now I get a new pair when they wear out. Also super cute! Fits perfectly! The wide sock is perfect for my normal width feet (I need a roomy sock for big toe pain and they fit the bill). I have large arches and don't need inserts with them so I have to say this should be great for anyone who needs good arch support! I wear an 8.5 in regular shoes but most sneakers are 1/2 size smaller and these shoes are no different. If you don't know your shoe or Nike size, order 1/2 size larger. These shoes are the lightest I've ever owned and feel amazing while jogging! Not too heavy on the ankles and the mesh keeps my usually very hot feet relatively cool! I am very impressed with these sneakers! In my case, hacking is not required.
