I have bought this shoe many times because it is my daughter's school uniform. I usually find the good shoes. I ordered my daughter said something 'in a shoe' hurts I pulled her leg and looked and saw nothing I told her there was nothing and sent her to school She comes home walks on tiptoe She says she a Leg has tag hurts. She takes it off and says feel mom, here's something. So I can feel the sole of the shoe on the heel and of course it's very sharp. I rip out the insole and look underneath and to my horror there are 4 suspenders sticking straight out! They go straight to the leg. The poor thing wore the shoe like that all day. I contacted Revain and they sent a great replacement. Feel the inside of this shoe first to make sure nothing is bumping it, and if your child says something is bumping them, check.
