The best part about flydata as an AWS customer was that it offered all of our needs in one place without needing to build out multiple solutions ourselves - from data sources (RDS), through staging environments like S3/SQLServer etc., into production via CloudWatch alerts & lambda functions. There were some limitations around how you could use certain connectors but this wasn't enough reason not have used them if they had been better supported! I would say we've found ways to solve almost every business need using their platform so far. We're able to focus more time than ever building new features rather than managing everything by hand or writing custom code each step along way which saves us tons of money per month since there are no dev ops costs involved at any point either.
