The best part is that it integrates with our accounting software (Quickbooks), so we can view all of this data in one place, which makes things easier to manage for us! It's not easy getting your IT department onboard when you're trying something new like trade cloud - they don't always understand what needs improved or how beneficial/cost effective certain features are from an end user standpoint.
We've been able solve some invoicing issues by using their reporting tools as well; however there isn’t anything out right now I dislike about trading through them currently but if more functionality were added then maybe?
