Being able connect with coworkers all over my business (we are 100 people strong) has been so helpful! I can contact anyone easily from anywhere via mobile or computer at any time of day/night which makes me more productive than ever before as well as being available 24x7 helps keep things running smoothly. When you have multiple projects going it's hard enough keeping track but this tool lets us see who needs help immediately without having other employees jump into their inbox every single message that comes through like most tools do nowadays - especially if its just plain ol' "hi" messages we don't require constant checking unless there really IS something wrong. It would also make life easier by creating different groups where certain tasks could go instead of trying to find someone out of hours email them when not required otherwise use phone calls during office times etc.
