I love that it's open source and free. The product has been around for years so there are many features already built in. You can find a lot of tutorials online if you need help getting started with something specific. There isn't much out of the box support for other languages than Java (although they do have an SDK). For our team of developers we've been using this software since 2015/2016 when I was working as a QA tester at another startup called Vindicia. At the time, we had a large project where we were trying to create some sort of database to store all of the marketing campaigns that each client ran. We wanted to be able to view these reports easily without having to go through multiple different databases to see what information we needed.
