Didn't work: the female end only has one side of the copper conductors.

I don't know why they don't work but they don't connect a light attachment to my phone. I looked inside the adapter and saw that only half of it had copper conductors. This seems strange since every iPhone Lightning plug and socket has copper on both sides. i give them back
