Worked fine for a few days, I had a magnetic stick in the wireless charger and another on the wireless mouse and with a cable I could switch between them switch charging the mouse or using the wireless charger, but this morning at work I saw thick white smoke coming out of the port on my wireless charger and the whole apartment started smelling like melted plastic. It's been 8 hours since the incident, I still smell a bad burning smell in my apartment. I think the problem lies in the connection between the magnet pin and the magnet wire. Need extra insulation and spacing between the connector and the magnetic ring. Anyway, I'm absolutely disappointed in the loss of the $40 wireless charger, but we're moving.
