It's finally ready to use, but it was a frustrating experience when it came right out of the box

First the packaging. thoroughly? It is shipped in such a way that it is difficult to damage the product. However, I found it extremely difficult to get the items out of the box, so I put it down and returned to it several times. Finally everything out of the box - where is the Quick Setup Guide? OMG, three packs of literature in every imaginable language and so small I can't read them. I put it aside and came back to it the next day. Ready for work. I can't establish a Bluetooth connection. aggravating. Again, where is the quick start guide? Am I missing something? Oh! Look under the lid where the goods arrived - they got them out of the trash in time. There are pictorial ones. I miss usb! And what is this stand for? I can't figure out where it's attached and the drawing on the box doesn't say anything about it. Okay, I almost thought mine came without the USB and the weird extra part when I saw a question about it here. The USB is hidden INSIDE the mouse compartment. THE? How convenient for the manufacturer. How disappointing for the consumer when zero information about this accompanies the product. Microsoft. you let me down I chose this product precisely because I wanted a seamless, frustration-free experience that I was confident would work with my existing system, but that was thwarted by the packaging and lack of product information. Let's see how well this thing holds up - I'll come back to my review later after cooling down on this long weekend saga that was meant to be plug and play.
