I normally wear prescription bifocals, but due to cataracts and corneal surgery, I needed reading glasses. Since it will take about a month for my eyes to settle down enough to get an accurate refraction, I bought this to survive this. I guessed the power I would need and it turned out to be fine. Without these reading glasses I can only read very large letters; With them I have relatively normal reading vision. So I appreciate her very much. The frames fit well and appear to be well made. I like flexible plastic nose tips. The top of the lenses is tinted yellow to block blue light. That should do them fine for the computer, but I'm having trouble with it. Part of the cost of getting lenses from an optometrist is measuring where to place the bifocal piece. He's a little big in those glasses. That means I don't like using them for screen reading. On the other side there is a nice big reading corner - more than I need. Where the bifocal part of the lens is placed depends on head size, shape, etc. Just because a sharp far end isn't as good for me doesn't mean it isn't ideal for others. Anyway, I bought these glasses mainly for reading and they are good for that.
