It seems very well made, not cheap although the price is quite acceptable. A digital voltmeter may be off by a tenth or two of a volt, but that's an approximation. I like the power buttons for security; When it's off, it can't be short-circuited if something falls into it. Fits very snugly in one of my sockets but fits perfectly in others so the plug may be a bit larger than the plugs of some other devices. The pan function is very handy for accessing the voltmeter and looking at it from different angles. I recommend it.
