I have been using this product for almost 3 years with all customers without any problem. I've had clients recently that didn't hold their lashes AT ALL so I figured maybe it was just a bottle of bad glue so I bought another and the same one. I'm sorry I wasted my money and had to take a chance to find another glue. I've lost a lot of money in the last month due to a very dissatisfied clientele.
