Not durable, not waterproof

Well when it arrived it was a lot more fragile than I expected. Not very durable at all. Actually plastic. The plastic hooks to attach the lid are awful and all my fingers were bleeding before I put them on. Also, it's marketed as waterproof, and after yesterday's heavy rain I opened it up to find my pillows. Very disappointing and when I contacted the company they refunded me 10% but didn't want me to refund it because it's from China and would cost too much. Not at all what I expected for the price.
