As I sleep on my side with back problems I really wanted to try it. The memory foam is nice and dense and doesn't lose its shape. The materials feel premium and didn't have an odd smell upon arrival. After trying it for a few nights, I felt a slight but noticeable sense of relief. Although after those nights of sleep, my back problems haven't magically gone away. So I suspect it only really brings relief if you use it, and that's pretty good on its own. But at times it seemed too hot, and overall I found I didn't fall in love with it enough to bother using it. However, I appreciate that it's there for when I want to use it.
