I love this handbag/backpack! Wears comfortably. This is the perfect size. Not big and not small. I love all the compartments and pockets, it helps keep things organized. The only complaint I have is that the long leather strap on the front bag buckle gets in the way. It's too long but I just took the bottom part and slipped it into the buckle and it's fine now. You can't say it shouldn't be like that, and that doesn't bother me.
