I like the pillow itself: it's covered with nice-looking, soft, comfortable faux leather, it compresses enough when you lean your back against it, it's quite comfortable for me. Oddly enough, when I get in the car, it seems cooler than the faux leather on the seats themselves, but that's probably wishful thinking. What I don't like is the harness: - The sides of my (and most) seats protrude a bit. in front of the area where your back sits. So when you wrap that strap around the seat, the cushion lands a few inches in the space rather than on the surface of the seat, and hence it's tilted as well. Every time I get in the car I have to adjust the pillow when I sit down. - Also, the strap just won't stay on: I've tried using the hooks both ways (hooking the strap to either the top or bottom of the loops on the pillow) and about every third time I've tucked the strap back in. The seat slips off . It doesn't matter if I tighten the strap very tight or very loose, it will still happen. I would rate this 3 stars rather than 4 but I think every lumbar pad will have the same positioning and strapping issues so I'll round it up to 4 stars. I think I'll start looking for a lumbar pillow that "hangs" from the headrest posts that could stay in place better.
