Belt without buckle but with two rings for fastening, true to size. This strap is the shortest I could find, but still longer than I expected, even after all the measurements. I can use if there are loops for a long strap. The belt is well made, one inch wide, strong, neatly woven thread, slightly thicker than a regular leather belt. The rings are square but go through the belt loops of the jeans.
