
Fun and Work-out.I use this more for an exercise, bouncing in place for about an hour while watching TV or a movie. It's like doing squats with a boost at the bottom of the bounce. This has helped strengthen the muscles around my knees a lot. The pain in my knees seemed to get worse for the first 2 days, but after that, i have much less pain than before i started. This has helped so much.Because i don't have a lot of room at my place, i can't do much of the hopping around, but that's ok.
