This dress is not worth the $35 plus I paid for it. I wouldn't even pay $15 for this dress. Where to start - transparent plastic material, threads stick out from each seam of the dress. You will need a petticoat with eyelets to get the look shown in the picture. The only reason I'm keeping it is because my child's other dress of the same color has a pretty bad stain and I need this colored dress in a day and can't find it anywhere I would return it. You can buy it if they cost it $10 I think.
