Review on 🚚 Uriah Products UC500010 Electric Trailer Jack with 7-Way Connector, 5000 lb. Weight Capacity, 12V DC - Black by Karthikeyan Behm

I have no idea how this gets 4 stars. I bought this jack, installed it on our caravan and it seemed to work fine. About a month later we took it on a road trip and when we got to our destination the jack wouldn't go down. Checked all cables and tried to use the lock button but it wouldn't budge. I had to use a jack to get it off the truck. I had to fight with the seller to get them to send a replacement because it's been 30 days. When I got the spare latch, plugged it in and after raising and lowering it several times I thought everything was fine. NOT CORRECT! After putting away all the tools, I decided to give it another try. The jack went down, but every time you pressed the up button, the internal breaker went off. At least this time the hand crank worked so I could reconnect it to the truck to take it off. And again the seller and Revane say that 30 days have passed and you screwed up. Hopefully when you receive this piece of junk you plan to make several trips within 30 days to make sure it works. Otherwise, you'll lose a few hundred bucks and be stuck with an electric jack that requires you to use the crank to raise your trailer. Watch the attached video so you know what you are dealing with.
