Pretty good headset. Build quality is solid, it's easy to set up, and it has pretty good noise cancellation. I can stand next to my trailer while I'm filling up and the person on the other end of the line doesn't hear a thing. You can hear big potholes if you bump into them, but then again, I've had $200 headphones that couldn't make up for that. Overall, this is a solid headset that's easy to buy. Does she have flaws? Yes. This headset is quite small, so truckers or people with big heads should pay attention to this product. I have a big head so it gets uncomfortable in my ears after a few hours. What I would change is the size of the ear pads. They are worn over the ears and not tucked into the bowl, so ears get tired after a while. Because of this, I am constantly correcting them on my head. I still use this set, but I carry another with me for listening to music and watching movies.
