The outer fabric is nice and smooth, as are the zippers. The bag can hold large items if needed, just adjust the side straps. This is a great shoulder bag or chest bag. The zippers are really good. The strap closure is unique, it works, it's just a new style I've never seen before, but it works very well. Each section in the bag is beautifully lined with soft fabric and the bag feels sturdy so far. Product as in the photo, spacious.
