It is expensive for what you get but I have probably 200-300 neodymium magnets of all shapes and sizes at the moment and I can say this: - They are close or at the top in terms of on strength. - Epoxy means they won't scratch a magnetic steel whiteboard or other scratchable surface - It turns out that epoxy and super glue are best friends so you can stick them securely to other super glue compatible surfaces and not peel off, yourself when all the force of the magnet pulls them away. I think it also means the company did a good job of putting epoxy on the magnets. I'll probably have to keep it in the fridge when I buy magnets, but in the future I'll use them for any application that needs this size range.
