So, to use the manufacturer's preferred style and language, let me offer a second tip: A quality vinyl hose reinforced with an exclusive spiral metal construction is suitable for toilet use. the maximum possible distance to transport water over long distances. excellent flexibility that bends very well. The extremely precise threading of the ends is unparalleled in the popular brand name of the faucet. The products come with very good quality rubber O-rings to prevent water leakage. This is a very good premium product that has been flawless throughout its lifetime. **END** I purchased this replacement hose to add functionality to the shower head I have; The hose that came with my shower head was too short for me to have full use of the shower head. The original hose was much stiffer and more unyielding, and was short enough that the shower head hung a foot or more off the floor. I prefer ZERO restriction when using the showerhead; If I want to keep it while sleeping on the floor in the shower, I want that option. On my first attempt to connect the ends of the hose in their respective places, I failed; I was afraid I got the wrong thread pattern on one or both ends. Persistence was my savior though and after a couple of frustrating attempts that got abandoned due to criss-cross threads, I finally figured this sucker out. Perseverance and patience paid off for me. This hose has more washers than every two units need, which keeps me warm and fluffy on the inside; I'd probably go supernova if, after all my swearing and yelling, I finally connected the hose only to find it was leaking like a lawn sprinkler and realized I'd have to take an unplanned trip to find parts . This hose is very well designed and manufactured, extremely flexible and VERY LONG; Rather than fumbling with words about how long this has been so succinct, I urge you to cite images instead. it's basically twice the length of the original as you can see in the second picture. Some people might decide this is actually TOO long and I tell them to close their lips and let me sleep peacefully with my showerhead on.
