When the set (in gray) arrived, I was happy with my purchase. However, on the first trip I took with the tote, the clasp on the crossbody strap snapped while I was walking on the streets of NYC (see pics). At first, I was annoyed that the tote's shoulder strap could not be removed, but when the crossbody strap clasp snapped, I was happy to have the backup strap for use. Unfortunately, due to the broken strap, this rendered the smaller purse unusable because they only send you one crossbody strap to use between the tote and purse. Two crossbody straps should come with your purchase.Left feedback for seller on product defect, no response received as of this post.Likes:- purse is great size and what I was looking for, not ginormous but not tiny weeny either.- tote is a great size for carryon plane travel, fits 24 oz water bottle, wallet, tablet, extra chargers, snacks, 2 pairs of glasses, keys and other small essentials you want to keep close on flights.- gray color is true to pic, and the material is soft to the touchDislikes:- durabilty/quality of crossbody strap needs improvement- customer service needs to be more responsive- one crossbody strap shared across tote and purse, two should really be provided- wallet is for cards only, no compartment for cash/change
