Daughter liked it - my new review
I bought this for my 10 year old daughter to wear to a piano recital. She loves it. The fabric is a little thin, but that's to be expected for the price. It's high (95+ percentile) and the hem hits the floor. You may need to do this when your child is smaller.

- It was a gift and she was very happy about it....
Cons
- Black may not be appropriate for certain events such as weddings or graduations.
