I like that it's easy to make changes quickly, you can even change things without needing admin approval! The interface isn't as intuitive or user friendly for some users (non-tech savvy).

It also doesn’t have an option where someone could send out messages when they are away from their computer/mobile device so if i need my employees to log into our system all day then this is great but not always possible due too having multiple people using one desktop at once. This software has helped us keep track of staff absences very easily with its reporting features which we use daily within our organisation;.
