When I first opened the package and replaced the ear pads and wings with small ones. I didn't pay attention to left and right. Therefore, it was difficult for me to determine the volume. At first, I had a hard time remembering to double-tap to answer calls. They're sensitive, so a light touch is enough to make the headphones respond.
