Attention Buyers! Not even worth 1 star. Worst company I've ever dealt with. It was a Prime and Free Return item. Reason for return: 1) Very poor quality, which was immediately apparent from the packaging. The lace appliqué at the bottom of the dress was already crumbling. Worn once before. The tulle overskirt was not strong enough to support the (detachable pins) bows at the back. If I put them on it would instantly rip and ruin the dress and without them it would look ridiculous. So there was no point in keeping the dress. The correct/recommended petticoat didn't even fit as the skirt of the dress was sewn incorrectly. Didn't lie down properly. The beads on the bodice were ready to come loose. Some appliqués on the bodice were not sewn all the way down, causing them to hang down. Also, the landing in general was too big. I measured my daughter beforehand. Twice. I asked questions, read other sizing questions before ordering, and did my homework. I got them to accept the return after waiting 48 hours. However, I contacted Revain customer service after the seller told me I would have to pay shipping and handling fees ($3-4) for it. Customer service has confirmed to me that the dress was indeed advertised and sent as free returns, so they are investigating on my behalf. The company stated that it was only willing "to refund me $4 for all my issues and let me keep the dress." and they would happily accept it if "I only paid the return postage". Of course. i could do it But that is NOT what was advertised. You must honor it. Luckily Revain will ask me for a full refund and investigate this seller. Save yourself a big headache. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
