Remember you get what you pay for!
You definitely get what you pay for! ALL acrylic paints are terrible. The pearls dry out as soon as they come into contact with air. The drill bit is also poorly made and the parts don't stay in place. On the other hand, everything else is pretty useful. The UV lamp does not work at all either. I would say it's great for beginners but they won't be able to apply acrylic at all making them believe it for themselves.
