I love that it's not only free but also has many useful features. It helps us to understand our user behavior which is very important in order to improve our products. They have great customer support as well, they respond fast and help you solve any problem. The only thing I dislike about this service is that sometimes when we try to send out an email with some information or update, the system freezes. We are able to get all of our data from their dashboard so there isn't too much work involved once we set up everything correctly.
