Slim body, buttons snag and don't feel protective.

I'm not dissatisfied, but I'm not satisfied! 1st problem: It's more flimsy than I expected. It could be something that could work in my favor, but I'm not sure how it's actually protected by this case. 2. Problem: This case is listed for my Moto G Play 2021 phone but for some reason when I press the power button to turn on my phone or flash the screen on the buttons. I will most likely request a refund as this product doesn't offer much protection.
