I like how easy this program can be used for small businesses looking into starting up their own LLC or S-Corp; all you need are basic documents such as Articles of Organization (AO) from your state office. This allows me to quickly create an organization profile without having to go through other programs which may not work with my computer/internet speed. There isn't much room for errors in filling out everything correctly so make sure you've got what you think will fit best when creating information online. The site does seem slow at times but overall it works well enough until they update some things around here and then we're back down again.
