I like this backpack because it's light weight and it stands on its own. However, the keychain is quite fragile. My backpack is less than a month old and the key fob is already broken (the one attached to my keys, not the one attached to the backpack). The backpack itself seems to be holding up well. There were a few threads I had to trim, but so far this seems pretty solid. I might check to order a new keychain. The only thing I would change is the zippers. Only the large bag has two zippers, the smaller one only one, so the zipper has to be pulled all the way to the side and not unzipped in the middle.
