Pros: Wide shower head with good pressure. Long flexible hose. Great shower head for the price. Cons: Requires customization that you won't know until after installation. Pros and cons: The seller helped me with the repair very quickly. Shower head, for the money I doubt it could be beat. However, once I installed it and was halfway through the first shower, it slowly began to lower until it was pointing straight down. It was like the shower head couldn't take me naked anymore (I don't blame him) and dropped his head in shame. I contacted the seller and he sent me instructions with pictures on how to fix it. In my case I had to remove it from the water line to fix it. So while I'm grateful for the quick help and now the shower is holding its head up for now, I'm disappointed that the seller is shipping something that needs immediate repair. It's like buying a car with an apartment. And if they know about it, why not take the initiative and put the repair instructions on the outside of the box so I know what to do before I put it all together, contact them, wait for an answer, should take it apart. , repair and then reassemble everything. However, it was an upgrade for our shower and well worth the money. Just make sure to do the repair before installing the shower head.
