I love that it has all kinds of different categories for lead qualification (like email address).
It's very easy if there is something wrong in one field but correctable by another category! A lot more time consuming when compared with other services out their like Lead Gen Team/Salesforce etc which are far easier at times than doing this manually via excel spreadsheet type methods!! But as long as everything works well then its good :) Very helpful especially considering how big my client base was growing fast recently - having those extra contacts really helped us reach new customers faster without relying solely upon wordofmouth referrals only.
