I like the idea of soft hand-held water bottles, but this one has a few flaws.First, the pros:*Does not drip. While you can't take a big sip of water at a time, you can be sure that you'll be able to take small sips until the last drop, without any dripping.*As you drink, the bottle becomes even more flexible. By the end of a run, I can essentially hold it folded over in my hand, barely noticing it. Much better than a hard plastic bottle. The cons:*Bladder opening is so small that you can't add ice.*You can't fill the bladder and then put it in the hand-held component. You have to insert it, and THEN fill it. This means that it's just about impossible to fill the bladder without getting the hand-held part wet.
