I can no longer imagine that when traveling or filming! (it supports both) and you can upload and create an album in seconds/minutes depending on your card and file size. the whole album once, and that can take forever if we're talking about a 1GB card. It takes about a second to scroll through each image (jpeg format from my 8MP DSLR). If it were a little faster that would be amazing. I also don't like how finicky the device is with movie files. It claims to play AVI but doesn't play AVI files running on my computer, it takes files from my compact camera. Good.! It doesn't matter to me as I only use this for on-the-go storage in lui when lugging my laptop around, but they could still make it easier. The case that comes with the P2000 is fine. Looks kind of stupid. It has a tongue on it. As far as case protection goes, I think it's a bit padded, but I wish there was a case to store the P2000 in while you use it. The one that comes with the kit is a soft foam. Ebay cases made specifically for the P-2000 are leather and can hold memory cards while holding the device. I would recommend buying one of these instead of the case that comes with it. The design is REALLY elegant and beautiful. The images look absolutely beautiful on the big screen. It really looks like a Sony PSP, people get confused and keep asking me what game I'm playing. The battery life is HUGE, I only charged the battery once and read on a popular photo that you can transfer up to 13 cards before doing a new charge. The few annoyances I mentioned above aren't even worth mentioning once the device is in your hands, it's well worth the cost and time it takes to cache images!
