Titanium or Steel?: Body Jewelry

Not sure if I got the titanium one. After a day of wearing, my nose started to hurt a little. I thought it was because it was so painful to insert the ring. It's now the third day and it's red and tender and even more painful. I got it pierced 4 weeks ago and it has healed great thanks to the titanium bolt I was given. I have a high sensitivity to steel and it seems to be the same reaction as before.
