You can use multiple methods!

I really like these. I have thick curly hair and my hair often gets in the way when washing my face and applying makeup! Tape doesn't frizz my hair! I also like to use the bracelet when I go to bed; I don't always like to wear a cap, so it's a great way for my hair to breathe at night.
