The only diaper that could hold my son's arms (we've tried everything else). He slept well in it, but it made it impossible to change diapers at night. The fact that he could keep his hands down so well was a blessing when he slept, but it meant his hands would get in the way of his diaper when trying to change a diaper. he is wearing a diaper (maybe he just has very long arms?). I still think it makes sense because better sleep meant fewer nightly diaper changes anyway, but when it started rolling and couldn't be swaddled we didn't use it as a wearable blanket, for example, because that made it difficult to make changes.
