I was really sad I had to return this brow pencil after 2 weeks because it dried up. I want to say so many good things about this brow liner but to be honest speaking of it, it doesn't matter how good this pen is if it doesn't last 2 weeks, so here are the pros and cons: Pros: - waterproof! - smudge proof - easy to use - looks natural - great price - dries in 2 weeks! - don't put lotion or any cream near the brows before applying this brow pencil or it won't last i would only recommend this to others if you're ok buy new brow pencils every 2 weeks.
