Review on Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season 235/60 R18 103H by Wiktor Redziski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

Skated on this rubber for almost 5 seasons. I bought it immediately after buying a car in 2022 to replace the factory Kumho, which can only be buried in a flower bed. No problems at all, no cracks, no breaks, no other problems. Really, it can still last 1 season, but I don’t want to risk it. On a wet first snow is still normal, but it freezes a little and it is already ending, you start to slide, so definitely not for the winter. It is better not to climb into the mud, the risk of going for a tractor is washed out only on the way. But on asphalt it’s generally excellent, taxiing, braking are all good, the noise is low, you can’t hear it at all on good asphalt, but that’s all until you get back on track. When you hit a rut, you just need to remember this feature of the rubber and take the steering wheel in both hands, carefully drive out of it and that's it, this reflex comes with time. I don’t drive fast, but the 140 point doesn’t shrink even when changing lanes, I drove 120 in the rain and doesn’t pop up, but again we remember about the rut. In general, if you are not a racer and if you need tires that can delay the moment of changing shoes for the winter and back, and also if there is a question of price / quality, then I would recommend. Yes, there were 2 punctures - self-tapping screws, well, any rubber would have saved here. Although I went with one self-tapping screw for a month, I didn’t even know, they saw it in the service on the lift. As for cracks, I don't have any. I’ll change it to AT, on this one it’s a bit sloppy even to get into light mud, it turns all 4 wheels in place and barely crawls, you drive out, and it’s all like a slick. Auto SY New Actyon 4wd

Pros
  • Soft (after native Kumho) Wear-resistant - 5th season without problems Acceptable price Good in wet weather and first snow Driving on a flat road
Cons
  • Fucking with a rut, fact Not suitable for all season It's better not to leave the asphalt
