Review on ITC Infotech by Paul Hyde

Our team has been using their software for over 10 years now both in house at our customer site but also remotely with several customers that we are currently managing/supporting out office space or remote workers via Teams (Slack). It's very easy setup once you have an account login - no complex set up process here! They do offer additional training if needed however this isn't too much extra work so not really something they should charge users more money about? Great product great support always available when required even during holiday periods etc which can sometimes get overlooked due time zone differences between staff members working different shifts!!
