Great! I reduced my size to lose weight in my stomach area and it worked! I'm a size 12 but I usually wear a 14. If you want them to fit you can take your normal size or maybe even a size up. These things are cozy and just what I wanted! They stick out a few inches above my belly button, which is perfect for me. They are much larger than regular high waisted bikini bottoms. They also have good coverage in the back, which can be a problem these days. I wish they arrived quicker but overall they were worth the wait!
