All mechanical Toyotas of recent years have the same thread pattern. I installed this on my 2017 Corolla SE with no problems. It doesn't wobble or twist. The only thing I did was add two washers and fasten them tightly so they stay in the desired position horizontally (so the gear pattern isn't skewed). I have attached a photo to this review. It's not a big or cheap feeling. It's about the size of a small billiard ball. You can still easily insert the car backwards with the lift handle. It is heavier than the standard grip, making shifting smoother and more comfortable. I love it.
