Does a good job of sun protection
First of all, I look horrible in hats, all hats. But I needed something for gardening on sunny days after getting terribly sunburned recently. This hat looks as good on me as I can hope for. It has the floppy, kind of ruffled back and looks feminine, so I'm happy with that. It's comfortable. I wore it for 3 or 4 hours each day, and it protected my neck and the backs of my ears.
- The ponytail hole keeps hair out of the way while providing comfort
